Starwood joins development team in West Palm Beach tower project

Starwood Capital Group, one of the world’s largest developers, has taken a partnership position in a 22-story development project in downtown West Palm Beach.

Approval of the project on 1.39-acres at 350 S. Australian Ave. was recently secured by 350 Development LLC, a joint venture between Miami-based Hyperion Group and New York-based Winter Properties.
